as usual,snow some places

once again the forecasters have proven what i have known for sometime.
you just dont really know till it's upon you.

the forecasts are always so generalized.maybe,probally,not sure.just in case though be ready.
i wish in my job there was'nt the need for accuracy.i know,i know theres so many factors that
affect the forecast.still you would think with technology today there would be a little more of a
definitive answer.

maybe i'm asking too much.what do you think?

the hysteria!!! omg it might snow

once again it is upon us,you know the slightest mention of the "s" word.everyone goes beserk.milk and bread start flying off the shelves.kids,and adults as well begin to plan for a day off.

you''ve probally figured out what i was alluding to.being a resident of georgia for 39 of my 40 yrs.you just never know if you'll get it or how much till it begins,and ends.

lets just all relax,sit back.enjoy.i can admit it is kind of exciting seeing snow.in the past ten yrs. or so we just dont get snow much anymore.probally due to the growth of global warming? i dont know.

myself,i'm just going to enjoy it if it happens.it's pretty to look at.

goings on

my life is still pretty much the same.i am still an automotive technician,but now with toyota.
i am getting to enjoy working on toyotas,well built product with many models.this now brings the
total of manufacturers i have worked for or on to four.big changes have occured in the auto service
industry this past year,with the drop in the economy.in years past a good technician could change
employers with relative ease,and in most cases get a better deal.now,even the best of the best are
staying put.alot of them glad to have what they have.

moral of this,"it could always be worse".i think now this not only applies to my industry,but most
any.maybe,as some suggest we as a society did become to greedy.living beyond our means,unable
to delay gratification(why wait,and save.get it now pay later) .i know i have had to take a step back
and re-think how we are going to live.we all could stand to cut back on a few luxuries.

well here i am again.i've been out of the blogosphere for awhile,and felt compelled to return.maybe
i can offer something of interest to someone,or then again,not.does it really matter,there's so many
blogs out there no one may ever come across mine.
